How do I update my personal information?

Information you can update directly in the app:

Nickname
Date of Birth
Mobile Number
Email Address
Bank Account Updates: For security reasons, salary bank account modifications cannot be processed through the app. This sensitive information must be updated directly through your HR department to ensure proper verification and protect your financial data.
 
How to Access Editing Menu?
Go to your Profile in the Paywatch app
Select My Profile
Choose the Edit option
Additional Verification Requirements Process: For your protection, additional verification is required for mobile number and email modifications.
Enter your current 6-digit PIN
Input your new mobile number/email and save changes
Check for verification OTP sent to your new contact
Enter the OTP to complete the update
 
If the issue persists, please raise a support ticket in the app by going to Profile > Help Center, then tapping Report Issue. Just choose a category, describe the problem, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
