I have forgotten my 6-digit PIN, how do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your PIN, you can reset it using your registered mobile number or email.

To reset a forgotten PIN:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select Settings > Change 6-digit PIN.
3. Select 'Forgot PIN?'.
4. Choose to receive an OTP via Mobile or Email.
5. Enter the OTP and click Next.
6. Enter and reconfirm your new PIN.
