How do I make a claim?

You should inform us as soon as you can in the event of a claim. Please refer Zurich Claim Process at More Information or You may visit www.zurich.com.my for the claims process. Zurich shall endeavour to pay a death claim within 5 working days upon receipt of all required and relevant documents like death certificate and police report for death due to accident
