Can I cancel certificate of takaful for this product?

Yes, you may cancel your Certificate of Takaful by giving a written notice to support@paywatchglobal.com by providing copy of Identity Card.

Free-look period: You may cancel your Certificate of Takaful within 15 days after your Certificate of Takaful has been delivered to you. The contribution that you have made (less any medical fee incurred) will be refunded to you.

Cancellation/Surrender: After the free-look period, you may cancel your Certificate of Takaful by giving a written notice to Us. This Certificate of Takaful does not have any cash value. Coverage will continue until the next Contribution due date.
