Step 1 - Open the Insurance homepage, tap on the “Zurich Tenang Care” icon
Step 2 - Click "Get started" to see the Plan Benefit and More Information of the product.
Step 3 - Select "Apply Now" and fill up "Personal Info"
Step 4 - Select "Coverage Plan". The contribution amount will be displayed. Select "Product Disclosure Sheet" to read the product details. Select button "Next" to proceed further.
Step 5 - Fill up "Tax Details" and "Nominee Details".
Step 6 - Select "Yes, I acknowledge" after read "Confirmation & Understanding"
Step 7 - Review & Confirm the benefit coverage. Select "Pay Now" and key in the 6 digit pin. The payment method available is Paywatch Balance.
Step 8 - Upon successful payment, select “View Status” to view your certificate status. The e-certificate will be emailed to the customer's email address within 5 working days after full payment received and reconciled by Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad.
